Tom Miles is a seasoned finance professional with a comprehensive background incorporate finance and investment banking. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
Tom is a Principal at Sharp Capital Advisors, where he oversees key client relationships and leads significant financial transactions. Prior to this role, he was the Director at Chicago Atlantic, a credit-oriented investment platform, where he managed major investments and strategic initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Tom served as Vice President at PNC in Business Credit. There he originated, structured, and executed leveraged finance transactions supporting private equity-led buyouts, turnarounds, and recapitalizations. He also developed and maintained relationships with private equity firms, investment bankers, and restructuring advisors in the Minnesota, Chicago, and Iowa markets to generate new business.
Before joining PNC, Tom worked as a Corporate Finance Consultant at FTI Consulting, advising clients on financial restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
