Rebecca Hawkinson is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sharp Capital Advisors. With a career background in real estate investment and development encompassing over $500mm in transaction value, she has extensive experience in financial analysis, debt and equity placements, site selection/development, and building strategic relationships.
Rebecca draws on her professional experience as a commercial landlord on a national level to guide clients as they navigate the real estate requirements of their businesses. Rebecca serves as a volunteer for BUILD Chicago, a non-for-profit organization that serves at-risk youth in two of Chicago’s most impoverished neighborhoods to reduce gang violence and other criminal activity to BUILD futures.
