Rebecca Hawkinson is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Sharp Capital Advisors. With a career background in real estate investment and development encompassing over $500mm in transaction value, she has extensive experience in financial analysis, debt and equity placements, site selection/development, and building strategic relationships.
Rebecca draws on her professional experience as a commercial landlord on a national level to guide clients as they navigate the real estate requirements of their businesses. An entrepreneur at heart, Rebecca has been an integral partner of two start-up development companies, providing her with unique insights into the challenges and opportunities facing her clients.
She has a wide-range of relationships across an array of social, municipal, cultural, and professional circles, and is an invaluable resource to her clientele when it comes to cultivating meaningful connections both in and out of cannabis.
Rebecca serves as a volunteer for BUILD Chicago, a non-for-profit organization that serves at-risk youth in two of Chicago’s most impoverished neighborhoods to reduce gang violence and other criminal activity to BUILD futures.
