Wyoming has been dormant and it seems it will stay that way. House Democrats introduced legislation early in 2022 that aimed to decriminalize cannabis posession as well as legislation that aimed to establish a medical cannabis program in the state. Neither gained steam and no attempts at some form of a legal market have been made since.
